Timing 4.6

AnyoneKnow the Proper way to set the timing on a 97 F150 4X4 5 speed with the 4.6? Thanks for any information.

Valve timing? You line the marks up that you (hopefully) put on the chains and cam gears before you took everything apart.

Ignition timing? You don't.
