you can add files or folders to itunes, but will itunes "watch" a folder that has been added to automatically update into itunes like media player can?

ex: i have my itunes music, and then i have a folder where all of my limewire pro stuff goes, but every time i dl new songs, i have to manually add them to my library...

I don't know if it can, never tried. I like doin' it manually to make sure the song, artist, album, year, genera, ext. is correct.

I think itunes will only update your library if you downloaded it from itunes. Not sure thou.

in itunes go up to file (very top left corner) click down on "add folder to library" or "add file to library" a window will pop up assking you to specify the folder- go find the file or folder and press open. done.

if you haven't specified where your music goes [when you set up limewire] it is probably similar to c:/documents and settings/[user name]/shared/limewire
or c:/documents and settings/[user name]/application data/limewire/shared

No it only adds current contents in the library.
This makes me mad because I add more files all the time so I delete the library then add that directory again.

I have looked on the internet and was wondering if the make a hookup for the Ipod nano to plug into a cig lighter. I want to be able to play my ipod in my truck but I don't want to use the casset tape since thats what my xm radio runs off of. I have 2 cig lighters and was wondering if someone made a product like this for a reasonable cost(around 50)?
