Damage repair bill

I was wondering if anyone could show me what a bodyshop bill would look like. I am planning on getting the woman back for what she did to my truck.LOL. I wrote go bears in window marker on her windows, put signs on her car. Well she got me back by writing go Colts on my truck where it was dirty. Well I have made a logo to use and I am going to tell her it needs to be shipped out to South Carolina to get painted and repaired. But I am not sure how to make out the bill so could someone post a picture of one. She is totally blonde I mean she doesn't know what is going on half the time. So as long as it is somewhere along the line of what one looks like then it should be good.

Why not get a real estimate done on it and give it to her?

I was going to do Cali but I found a logo for SC. I work with a guy and he told me to make it Johnsons Body shop so I searched it and used a Bob Johnsons logo and erased Bob and going to but th guy I work withs name on there as the owner.

Because I don't have the time to do a real estimate. I'm in school until 3:10 then I work from 3:30-5 then most of the time turn around and work from 5:30-9ish.

I think that a real estimate is better than fraud. It'll take 10 mins, if that. Call work, tell them you will be a few mins late one day this week. They'll understand.
