Well I just bought another vehicle

Looks just like this except mine is black cherry. It is in good condition, but I will be replacing the wood trim and chrome bumpers to make it even better.

I WOULD LOVE a good condition one of those. The styling on those things just made them beautiful!

A classy ride for sure. The original window sticker back in the day was 24,000.

I'd ask what year, but I guess it doesn't matter because I don't think they changed a bit from 1967 through 1991.....

I remember seeing one at the Minneapolis Auto Show the last year they were built -- early 90's (?). When I sat inside of it, it felt like I was in a time warp. The internal *****, handles, and design didn't seem to have changed from the late-60's vehicles I remembered.

Buying one that last year would have been like walking onto a dealer lot and seeing that they had discovered an unsold stash of late-60's Jeeps in the back corner of their storage lot!
