That is kind of messed up how that worked out, in short yes and no. Sentences including the probation and community service was lifted... but the insurance company made me keep the sr22. Many of them, my lawyer didn;t belive me either and he advised me to plead quilty on so I couldn't go back and change my plea....... I was young so doing as I was taught to do, and thats doing wha tI was told.... Now I woudl have stood by my guns......
