Would you select high contrast color film, or would you go
with the classic simplicity of black and white?

I think I'd go with the high contrast color film. It'd give more detail.

 

Think of how easy kids are going to have it in History class.
Give the last names of all the Presidents for the past 20 years.

 

I'd go with the high contrast color. If need be, you can digitize and grayscale it easier and more accurately thn taking a B&W and making it color. C'mon--don't you know business???
