It was 80+ again today. I washed my truck and managed to break a sweat in shorts and t-shirt.

Our driveway is solid ice from top to bottom, thank God for 4wd or I'd never make it home!!
I would get so tired of that! i don't see how you live with that so long. It is beautiful, but I like it when it melts after a day or two.

It is beautiful but it does get very tiresome. I love the first month of winter snow and then I'm ready for it to just all go away!! Unfortunately it snowed most of today and as of an hour ago it was snowing again. Probably only 3-4" today because they were little tiny flakes. Trouble is when you have 18-24" of frozen snow on the ground it makes even walking across the yard a job. You set your foot down and think "cool, its frozen solid enough to walk on" then you sink up to your kneecaps and have to struggle to take another step.

I guess I shouldn't complain to much, I chose to live here and I do love it. I have 4 distinct seasons and none of them are so severe as to make life truly miserable.

Sheesh
Are you serious?? School was cancelled for an inch and half of snow! Thats funny. They wouldn't cancel school for anything here. The last time I think they closed the school was when we got 3 1/2 feet of snow over night and the roads weren't clear yet.

We don't have pink snow. Some yellow snow at times, but never pink.
