SBS 2003 Exchange question

Does anyone know of an application or how to setup exchange to log all emails being sent out (though exchange / relaying outside connection) to see what is being said?

I own the server but can just know how to read the subjects of mail log. But some of the subjects cant be said here even.

Any ideas / apps? Thanks

Right click the Mailbox store for you storage group.

Properties-->General

Check "Archive all messages sent or received on this store"

and then specify your storage folder to save to.

A option I like better (which I did) was to implement a forwarding mail service that scans the emails for spam content building. I use ASSP found on sourceforge. It will keep emails in and out to build the spam database. You get what you are looking for plus a great spam filter.
