Pickled Harring (my dad says I used to fight him for the last piece when I was real little.)

Herring are small oily fish of the genus Clupea found in the shallow, temperate waters of the North Atlantic, the Baltic Sea, the North Pacific, and the Mediterranean.

How close do you live to, uh, nevermind.

Until one day my ex g/f which was Mexican cooked up some Chorizo and Eggs and wrapped it in a breakfast burrito for me. I ate it and was like damn this is good! What is it? After telling me I felt a little queasy but then finished the damn burrito haha.

After that I was hooked and usually make it once a week now for breakfast.
That's some good stuff, just gotta find the right kind. Being Mexican I eat that stuff quite often.
I was trying to explain what it is to a friend a while back but it's hard to explain without actually seeing it or eating it.
