Radio Scanners

hey all
anyone got any info on this radio scanner
i have a really old one and am looking into purchasing a new one.

I had a radioshack hand portable and it was cheap and i wan't a big fan of it, now i have a Uniden and its a little better the radioshack one, i know Uniden is pricy but i think its worth it

but i think im gonna go with the first one
has a lot higher frequency and seems a lot better.

This is the one we have, its pretty nice, and it has a computer interface, and its own software to program it with.

If it isnt APCO 25 compliant (like the Uniden one... radio shack also sells them) it is pretty much worthless. Most major Emergency services and law enforcement has switched over to it.
