Hey all. I get right to it. Me and my buddies are going to the paragon this weekend to go riding some quads. and my buddies were reading the minor wavier and it says that we need to get it notorized. We didnt recognize this and we all want to go. Do any of you know more about this notorization thing. Is there a notary there and do we have to have our parent present even if they already signed it all.

 

We went up this past September with our trucks. I don't think they had a notary there and the notarized signature would have to be that of your parents not yourselves. I'd have it done before you go. They are sticklers for safety and that is a good thing. When they say something they mean it....they checked everyone of our batteries for tie downs.

Usually you have to go to the bank to get something notorized. I'd go to the bank early tomorrow morning. Its free to have something notorized, but I usually give them 3 or 4 dollars for doing that for me. When we go riding quads around here they make you sign a release and give them money when you enter the gate with the truck. It's not the same there? How old are you?
