hmmm, so it was a dirt bike instead of a 4 wheeler and I forgot about the Texas flag.

Yes sir. It was taken on highway 118 about 60 miles south of Alpine and just west of Big Bend Natl Park. I was on my way there for my yearly sabbatical to the middle of nowhere!
