tv on pc question

I just downloaded some software from tvonpcelite.com that is supposed to allow me to watch tv on my pc.
I have a problem trying to open it. When I try to run it it askes for a program to open it with. When I choose one I get an error message saying Windows doesn't recognize this kind of MIME. Any of you computer gurus know what I need to do?

I have a winfast xp2000 tv tuner card installed in a PCI slot. If your moniter has the input are there controls on the moniter to use TV?

I am using a Kworld ATSC110 tuner. You have to have a tuner to get the signal. Without it, the software has nothing to work with. That and either an antenna or cable/satellite connection, just like your TV.
I happen to use the Kworld with Beyond TV to record analog and HDTV shows. Also, if you are going to record, or even watch, you need a lot of hard drive space. For the software be able to play back and repeat sections, it records the show. For HDTV, that takes about 9-10GB per hour of TV.

I just took a look at the tvonpcelite web site. Sure reminds me a lot of the Tornado often asked about in these forums.
