Guys I have a 98 f 150 that I can't get the hood open on, There doesn't seem to be any problem with the cable and I have tried to pull the cable with a needle nose but that didn't work any ideas short of cutting a hole in the hood to get at the latch?

 

Have someone press down on the front of the hood while you pull the release lever.
