You and the lady ever decide if you wanted to come and move to Asheville? If so, there's a wonderful concert every December at the Civic Center called "Warren Haynes Christmas Jam". He brings in an excellent line-up every year (Dave Matthews was the big draw this year, among others), and then gives all the proceeds to Habitat for Humanity in Asheville to build houses.
