Amateurs,
Take nice size roast and wrap with bacon strips, and lots of black pepper and a bit of salt and sliced onions. Cover with 3 wraps of foil and place into a hot bed of coals. allow to cook for about 45 minutes to an hour flip every 15 minutes. Its the very best roast you will ever eat....
