PhotoCHOP PEOPLE HELP ME!!!

I need someone to chop a Rascal Mobility scooter with a rollcage and 5 point harness ASAP for a joke for a buddy that just had an accident on his quad where it ran him over and broke a couple ribs and caused a non-displacement hip fracture...
