realtors?

anyone have a good recomendation of a realtor group or a link to dig up any pertinent info before we plunge into selling our house and looking for another?
have heard some horror stories about overpriced ones not doing anything to really sell the property etc....trying to do some research before jumping in. thanks.....

I'm in the process of selling my house right now... If I had it to do over again, I'd sell it myself... But my realtor is a family friend and taking no commision... But if you have the time, I recommend trying to do it yourself first... Good luck.

I watch a lot of Flip-This-House type shows. The exposure a realtor gives you is well worth the cost.

talk to any realtor and they should be able to give you a CMA ( Market Analysis ) of the area your in. You can judge at what price homes in your area are selling for.
