I used to do some water crossing with my Polaris 800 XCR but not any more. Its kinda fun but it sucks if you go down. I never went down but I figured it was a matter of time so a quit doing it. Sleds are too expensive to wreck on stupid stuff like that.

That's crazy! They get going up those deep powder hill climbs, and they don't really stter the sled, they just kind of suggest which way it goes, and it does. Crazy!

I'd like to see them do that water cross with some real wake... I'm sure you can only do that on calm waters.

One of the other videos that show up to the right have them running water races across the pond. A few of thm get wet, but it looked like most of 'em were trying to turn at the time (or got a bad launch off the beach). In one of the vids, they are jumping off a ramp, catching about 20 feet of air, hitting the water and taking off. Never thought they could do that!!

I did not know they were amphibious........

Hmmm may have to buy one in a a couple years, I'll add it to my list of toys near future toys.

I dont see what the big deal is about climbing a hill, I dont see myself getting a rush unless I was the guy that turned down and slid off the cliff...... that few millisconds of unplaned free fall might be a rush.
