FedEx progress...

Your map (and where you placed the cities you mentioned) left a lot to be desired, so using the latest in satellite technology, we here at the Kobiashi Institute mapped the actual locations of the cities you listed (in numerical order) along with your location (the little yellow dot at the end of the double arrows).

We feel this offers a more dramatic presentation, giving one a greater sense of the absurdness of the actual miles travelled when viewed against an actual photo of the nation.

You will note however that it is getting very close to you.

There is a method to their maddness actually. It involves the least number of flights (number not distance) to centralize everything then send to nearest satellite stations where it is distributed by ground. To send everything from everywhere would actually be more wasteful.

The route of most mailing and shipping is confusing, makes sense to someone out there I'm sure but haven't figured out who yet! Hope you get your stuff soon Red.

And yet you STILL managed to find three excuses to contribute nothing to the discussion. That's impressive!

I've seen some ridiculous routes for packages, as well as mail. I was having my mail forwarded when I first moved... the new place is 10 miles from the old place. The mail would get sent to the old post office in Trenton which would put a forwarding sticker on it, which would send it back up to Detroit, where it would be re-sorted and sent back down to Monroe, resorted, and then sent to my local PO. I could make the drive between the three places in an hour if I was quick about it, yet that forwarding process took TWO FREAKIN' WEEKS!!! By the time I got my credit card statement, I had all of two days to get them the check! It was crazy for a few weeks while all the address changes took place.

It's kind of like poop...you just expect it to smell. We expect Matt to be an idiot.

I would have thought being a Dad now would make him realize the level of his stupidity but then again he probably evicted the roommate after she refused to pay rent for the constant visitor. I wish he'd just wise up, it makes me feel bad for him and his child.

You know that your bed rug could very well be keeping Tom Hanks warm on an island along with Wilson the volleyball, or better yet yours is the package he doesnt open and he may come knocking at your door a few years from now.

I said that to my wife who has contacted FedEx (not Kevin Federline) about her Internet Christmas shopping packages that she ordered 15days ago and have become "lost" as in Fed Ex has no proof that they have even been delivered and the tracking numbers are not longer valid.

Good Luck with your bedrug, maybe next time I am flying out west I'll order a bedrug and ride along with it to save on the airfare.
