Wow! Nice story. I've seen deer along the mountain trails in the Cumberland Gap National Historic Park close to where I live. They'll come out of the forest and walk up close to you, but they never get too close. I go sometimes just to sit and watch them eat grass and run around.

Dude in the story said...I know people love to hunt deer, eat their reportedly tasty flesh, and display their mounted heads on the living room wall. That all seems barbaric to me, but I have to be reasonable and understand that people have been hunting deer for as long as deer and people have lived together. I'm admittedly more on the side of the deer, especially since we are vegetarians.
I think I will emial him a pic of a nice deer steak and me eating the hell right out of it.
