why, because tootoo will get suspended again for defending himself?

Modano cant take a fair hit without one of his teammates trying to defend him and then get their butt kicked by Tootoo....leaving tootoo suspended for defending himself against a charging player?

If some guy was charging at you ....would you not throw a fist to keep him off?

That's called Hockey, something Nashvillians obviously know nothing about.

Skating up to someone's closed fist is not charging.
