nori, you might want to post this in the engine section. The General Discuss will not result in much help.

Hello Jason.

In the supercharger and turbo section there is lots of good advice and how others have done it.

Good luck

Periods help too. I'm not being a smart *** either, as your post is really hard to follow.

Cool, now one thing you also could do is exactly type out what you have done, and what you plan to do. We can't help if we don't know whats goin' on.

Not sure that I can help, but I think I see.....

You are installing a HD engine in a non HD truck, once you got it in, now it won't start.

Correct?

What was the orginal engine? (4.6 or 5.4)

Other handy info for correct answers...

Where did the engine come from?
Did you get a new PCM and harness?
Like Adrian said, there are litterally 1000 + things to check, what have you done, what have you checked and what is it doing?

Will the starter turn?
Does it have fire?
Does it hit at all?
Does it back fire? If so, then is it out the Throttle body or the exhaust?

alright guys, sorry i havent posted here last couple days mike has been doing a good job helping me out. hes waiting on a response from a guy he talked to a while back. any who heres what i got. 97 f150 xlt harley motor, tranny, and ecu. also changed out engine bay harness. mike has told me i need fuel system upgrade, left side harness, dash harness, instrument cluster, intercooler pump mounting bracket, and possibly the tranny harness, but i think i already did that. i guess mike is trying to find out if i can use a dash harness and instrument cluster from any 99 or up model as long as it has at least the xlt options. ford has told me the harley cluster is different from any other, im not sure i might still be able to use it. any help is greatly appreciated. jason
