Waterfowl Season...

Anyone within a 1hr dirve of STL that needs an extra gun in their blind/field? I am trying to find some people to go hunt with.

I don't live anywhere near St. Louis, but I am looking forward to duck season. Since I don't belong in a club and don't have a boat or too many other means to get where the ducks are, I depend on other people to "hook me up". Hopefully this will be a good year for ducks!

Good luck finding someone.

My Dad still lives down in the Bull Shoals area and my Uncle just moved down there this past summer as well. I think they are heading down to the Duck calling tourny next month and will be looking for some hookups/guides for the Stuttgart area for next year.....So I know I will have a trip for next year and the years to follow.....but I hope to find something a little closer to home for a more frequent visit......good luck to you this year as well....

Thats awesome! I want a black lab so bad!! I just don't have to time to spend with it right now. Otherwise I would get one.

How come your season opens so late?? Do you know why?? The ducks here in Ontario are usually gone by this time of year. Some times there are some later arrivals but they are just Mirganzers ducks (not good eating way too fishy).

it takes them awhile to fly south.....and I am quite a bit south of you......they don't show up around here till late Oct. when the cold snap comes down from Canada......
