Looking to rent some land for a few hours ... I will pay top dollar ...

I am willing to pay $2,500 (two thousand five hundred dollars) to rent this parcel of land for the 5 hours, but I may actually only need the use of the land for two hours.
The specs I am looking for are as follows:
(1)20 acres or more; (2)I am willing to pay an additional $500 if the 20 acres is fenced off; (3)Wooded with some prairie, but prairie land not to exceed 25% of total area; (4)No water coverage totaling over 1 acre; (5)All areas of land must be accessible by foot; (6)There must be no dwellings which are being lived in within the 20 acre parcel of land, no exceptions to this; (7)No livestock should be present while I rent the parcel of land, if livestock is to remain on property you will need to sign a release of liability form; (8)There will be no video taping or still photography allowed for the entire five hours the land is rented; (9)I am willing to sign a release of liability for your insurance company should you request so in writing; (10)The rental of the land parcel is to take place between 11:00pm and 4:00am the following day; (11)You will also be required to sign a confidentiality clause stating you will never disclose any information you may witness during the aforementioned hours of rental; (12)Any fees paid by me to you will be in cash and cash only; (13)Any remaining debris left on land will be discarded by land owner and not the renter; (14)Land must be located with an 6 hour drive, one way, from the city of Chicago, Illinois.
My intention of use for land:
I, Peladu, will show up with a few friends, we will each have a cardboard box and a gun. In the cardboard box will be most likely a cat, or any other sneaky type of animal. At precisely 11:00pm we will release the specific animal into the woods and two warning shots will be fired. After the warning shots, participants will return to my truck to drink beer until midnight. At this time the participants will be fitted with glow sticks as a safety precaution. At exactly 12:00am we are going to hunt, until they are dead, the animals that we brought to the wooded area. Participants will only be allowed to hunt their pet, until it is dead. Shooting a friends animal will not be allowed. But shooting a sneaky friend is within the guidelines, as long as the shot does not cause death or dismemberment. The hunting curfew will be 4:00am, if a participant has not located and shot, until it is dead, the animal they brought, the animal will be abandoned on site. We hope that we do not have to abandon any animal because that would be cruel. Prior to participants leaving beer bottles will be picked up and disposed of properly, carcasses will not.
Backstory:
My wife’s cat refuses to die of natural causes. After many years of looking at this oxygen thief I have decided it’s time for Furr-Ball-Puker-Upper to enter kitty heaven, but this cat most likely will end in hell. This waste of fur has lived for what seems to be 30 years. I unfortunately inherited it, the day I said, “I Do” to my beautiful bride. I am tired of waking up every single morning hoping that today is the day I find it dead. I want to make a small trip, amongst friends, out of it and decided it needed to be fun, three friends all with cats are joining me in this mini-excursion. Only problem is that we need to find a parcel of land within our specs, to do what we need to do. So how about making the dreams of four great guys come through, and let us use your land? You will be compensated with cash.

Damn man.....all I did was ask politly to get rid of her cat and she obliged......
First off have you ever heard of animal shelters.Second, if you use 20 acres give it a head start and then get drunk you will never find the damn thing.Third, since this is obviously a joke jsut the fact that you would spend the time to type such a detailed plan you have some serious issues.and last who would be stupid enough to become an acompolice to a felony.
p.s. you shouldn't use more than an acre.

I am calling a 302 on him he needs to be put away thsi cant be true WTF is wrong with this dude anybody in his area should notify local PD and let them knwo what this man is planing first it starts with small animals then what is next?????
Where is it a felony or even a misdermenor to shoot a cat somewhere where it is legal to shoot a gun?
It's definatly not a crime here anyway....... if it is... then it is not enforced, leans more towards encouraged if anything.
other wise agree.... it would be releasing more ferrel cats on the land owners place to have to shoot later...... and nobody with 20 acres is going to let a bunch of city guys with guns on his place especially knowing they are drinking......

I have 4 large dogs in my back yard.
No cats.
send me the cat.
It will save the the cost of feeding a meal to the hounds.
Although in a sense of fair play, if the cat makes it over the fence; He's a free kitty.

I see that some of you are a little freaked out over this but what is the moral difference between hunting a cat and any other animal? Like deer or turkey or wild boar?
An animal is an animal right?
Some we eat, some we domesticate and some are pets but surely they are all the same?
I wouldn't advocate hunting somebody else's kitty but if you want to shoot your own pet and you aren't inhumane, is it really a problem?

The difference here Adam, is the fact that this cat he is talking about happens to be his wife's pet. What kind of sick perverted psycho would do such a thing to someone they profess to love. I hope she finds out about your plan and divorces your twisted *** before you move on to bigger targets
Omfg. I can't believe that i just read this. I hate cats too, but come on man. That whole idea is just insane. There are much cheaper methods. ohhh yeah and more humane methods of disposing of the animal.
GET A GRIP ON REALITY!!

WOW
I DID NOT KNOW THAT ABOUT MYSELF.......
I guess I am psycho too......
I am able to shoot a cat a dog or anything with little to no problem.
Yes even my own when necessary.
It takes allot less of me to shoot a cat than it does a dog just because, 1. There is so freaking many of them. 2. Outside of keeping two or so in the barn for mice, They are, in my opinion, a worthless drain one the ecosystem.
Our rabbit population has suffered because of ferrel cats, barn cats, and coyotes. Our quail population is also on the verge of extinction in our area because of ferrel cats, barn cats and coyotes. This loss trickles up the food chain and the entire ecosystem is of balance and suffering because of an abundance of stray and abandoned cats. Because of the abundance those cats are also suffering from horrible painful diseases.
Now tell me again how inhumane killing an unwanted cat is.........
If I caught someone dumping a cat, I think they need to be shot for stupidity, then the cat.... Saving the rabbits and the Quail and the Deer and the Raccoons etc.
I defiantly do not think that it is psychotic in nature. I think attempting to make a game of it and include others for support is a typical way most people deal with doing an uncomfortable task. He knows that with out the peer pressure, then he may not be able to do it when the time comes and he is looking at fluffy through the sights of a gun. Plus he knows the likely hood of actually finding this thing after he releases it and waits 2 hours are slim to non. So subconsciously he is actually just releasing it, hoping it runs away and he doesn't have to kill it. If you wanted to diagnosis it and stick it in a category, then it would be called rather cowardly and weak, defiantly not psychotic. Subconsciously the ultimate outcome he is trying to achieve is to release these cats on the renters land so they are not his problem anymore.
