Isn't Burleson near Ft. Worth/Dallas? If so, you have some nice courses out there. If you don't golf you should take it up.

Princeton = Highs in low 50s, Lows in the mid 30s (
which is great for me as I like the cool weather. It was 90 degrees in L.A. today, supposed to be warmer tomorrow 
)Chapel Hill = Highs in the mid 60s and Lows in the low 40s (also good)
Miami and Palm Beach . . . well warmer than it should be.
No rain forecast (fingers crossed).

Did you see my fall pix? I love having 4 actual seasons. I remember when we lived in SF, no fall/winter, just warm and somewhat warmer with widely scattered showers
