Yeah, I guess you could call our perspective age group "The Last of the Mohicans." We used to make championship wrestling belts out of cardboard and gold glitter in grade school. Us 5th graders would wrestle and try to pin the other guy. The winner got the belt. I remember we would fight bare-knuckled on the playground sandlot to win that belt. We had tag teams going on too.

it aint the kool aid and cookies making kids fat. they're all gettin fat cause they aren't allowed to do anything physical outside and are forced to watch weird *** tv shows on noggin instead.

We didn't have paintball guns either. We did have pellet guns though; and, we weren't afraid to use them on each other either. There was an empty lot with piles and piles of dirt dumped to level it off. We used to build forts there, then we'd throw dirt bombs and rocks at each other till somebody got hurt enough to quit. Then we played "Smear the Queer."
