IT Folks: IT Admin quitting - Checklist of questions

A company I use to work for just found out their network admin is quitting next week and they want me to sit in on a conference call with the outgoing admin and the general manager.

They want a checklist of things to go over.

Any ideas?

I've got a list I'm working on but anyone want to chime in I'm all ears.

When I left there I made sure they have full documentation of everything but its been 3 years and big changes. I doubt the documentation has been maintained.

That's kind hard when we dont know the position and what systems/software/etc you have.

Get Passwords?

Ask if he has any back-doors you should know about. Hehe.
Speaking of which, It's been two months, I should see if my back door is still open.... hehe

I love that crap...I started here a few years back after the IT guy got mad and quit.

I walk in and they say you have to secure the network 100%.

I unplugged the T1 and told them to change the locks. They said "you cant do that" my response "Well than don't expect me to provide 100% security. With no passwords, documentation or help from the predecessor I can't tell you how many ways this guy could get in. At least quickly"

Looks like I can still go in to their Email admin page and jack up accounts.
I'm willing to bet the security system still has the same password for the building.
And I can't try it right now; but I'm certain I can access Remote Desktop.

Fortunately for them; I have no thoughts of rebel-rousing.
