I started in another position and moved into my current position, and have been there for a total of 7 years. 20 more years until I can retire.
Alot of jobs around here start out anywhere from 15.00 to 20.00 just as general laborer for road construction (steel workers) anything in under ground mining would be around the same rate. Above ground mining still around 15.00 an hour.
