Never been anywhere so I can't really offer any advice. I do agree with Peace, Alaska is beautiful but they really don't have great beaches. Lots of scenery and lots of cruises though.

I can't even begin to explain to you what this place is like. The aquarium is worth the trip alone.

Yep, the in-laws took the same cruise last month. Said it was just as good as the year before... I CAN'T WAIT!

Haven't giving the excursions any thought yet. Last year we just did the corral snorkeling (Okay, ****'s how do you spell that?)

Hated Jamaica...very NASTY!!
Cayman, swim with the stingrays..shopping everything is way overpriced.
Cozumel, the coral reef is 75% gone due to the hurricane last year, but it was still fun. If you like the free beer, then I would suggest the Sail and Snorkel..you sail out on a catamarran to the reef and snorkel for about 30-45 minutes. Tehn you set sail to a private beach while consuming mass quantaties of free beer, then you spend an hour on the beach consuming more beer and swimming, laying out on the hammocks, or just chilling on a towel while getting sun...worth the money.

WE're actuallu discussing renting a villa next year and sepnding the week at cozumel, instead of on the boat..

Maui, Maui, Maui. Went there last November for my Honeymoon. It was amazing. I've been to Cancun, Jamaica, Cazumel, Grand Cayman, Paradise Island, Florida, San Diego, Cabo, and some other smaller places in Mexico. Maui was the best, perfect place for honeymooners!

(Kobi, I know you are well traveled....so please provide input if at all possible)
Are there any locations in Hawaii that offer all-inclusive. This is one of only two requirements set up by Bill.

Given the length of your honeymoon, I wouldn't suggest Hawaii. Too much travel. Fly from St. Louis to California. California to Hawaii. Figure at least 25% of your entire trip will be taken up traveling through airports, and that is if you end up staying in Honolulu. Factor in a few more hours for other islands. (source: Sidestep searching from STL to various Hawaiian airports) Not fun.

Spring is a great time for the Caribbean, which has been suggested.

Montego Bay, Jamaica has a lot of all-inclusive resorts. I can vouch for the Sandals brand, as we did our honeymoon at Sandals in St. Lucia, but I cannot speak to those specifically in Jamaica. You may also want to check out Cancun...another good travel distance from STL.

I can understand the beach thing...but does it have to be all-inclusive?

It does not HAVE to be all inclusive....but I like to drink....so it would be helpful.....crusies are out since the soon-to-be-wife does not do well with motion-sickness......so we do not want to "test the waters" of a cruise with our honeymoon.....

Ok, just wanted to make sure that the "All Inclusive" thing was not because you were afraid to venture out and explore. The alcohol was excellent at Sandals St. Lucia. We stayed in the "concierge level" so upon check-in our host recommended that you always order a "double" to keep the bartenders honest. The food was mediocre, at best.

I went to Ocho Rios, Jamaica in June for my honeymoon. We stayed at the Sandals at Dunes River Falls and it was amazing. They cater to your every need and EVERYTHING is included. They frown upon tipping which was great. A definite plus!

Another plus to concierge leve is the mini-bar in your room

The first day I handed the maid a handful of fruit juices, and told her to replace all those with red stripe. the rest of the week I was well stocked
