I wear them when I just go for a casual ride across the job. Sometimes I ride my atv to small diners around here also, and don't want to go in looking like a slob. Besides I always try to wear something nice.

This pic was taken of me at work taking a 2nd appeal call. I'm wearing an amish hat hat I picked up in Leavenworth, WA...and why yes I do have a dip in at work on the phone.
I can't explain why I was wearing the hat at work, I don't remember, but the beard is 100% real. My wife doesn't like the mustache.
I look like this most of the time minus the hat.
