New to me anyway... I'm used to seeing lots of scams, but this is the first one like this. Funny thing.. I don't have a paypal account for that email address.

edited to add: usually i just see the "we need you to verify your account" type of scams. First one I've gotten that actually said I bought something and left an area for dispute.

 

I received that one too. I called Paypal and they said it is a scam.
