Making money is a biz-nitch for the lower level guys...Talk about time consuming.
I have been trying to rob graves to make a dime, but that damn officer gaurding a cemetery (

You should get approx $35K from the Wheel of Destiny. Sell some of your first day gold and make some more. You have med kits and jail keys, use em. Unlike OL, you do need IQ for our crimes. Make sure to get some.

It's not bad.
I load up on bandages and monkeys and then use them all the time to get of jail while I have wheel spins left.
After that I only use them when my stats are full and I'm wasting time by sitting in the jail or bed.
I need an F150 donator pack that gives faster energy refills
17% is nice but dangit when I'm at work I need something to do.

Yeah, I haven't played TOL much either. Ever since I wasn't able to mug folks or rob homes...I always get $0 for some reason.
