When you click on Home you can view your STATS.

Stats:

There are 5 types of stats used on The Outlaw Life:
Strength
Agility
Guard
Labor
and IQ.
1)Strength determines how much damage you do in battle,
2)Agiligty is used to determine your hit rate in battle,
3)Guard reduces the amount of damage done to you when you are hit,
4)Labor and IQ are used to what jobs you are able to do.

Not quite sure what a nuke is (in the game), but I'm pretty sure the answer is no.
