Calm down guys... The 2.94's may come out someday, but she'll never see a drag strip. This is a cruiser plain and simple. Once she's all complete though I hope to start in on the Camino, and it might see some track time...

Stay with what you have for a cruiser. Those short wheels and tires make it low enough. I have 3.50s in my 65 Mustang, 4 speed. It is great for playing around, not so hot for cruising.

Just out of cureosity, lets figure the top speed and crusing rpms with those.

What tranny (well I dont know much about dodge trans, so if you know the top gears ratio that would be better, I'd assume 1:1 but it maybe shorter like 1.5:1 or even 2:1 with that rear end. If you dont know then I'll google it.) and what size tires, go ahead and give the nominal size (aka 245/70/r15) I have a tire calculator that will tell us the heigth in inches, which will ultimatly give us the distance traveled per axle rotation.

Anybody wanna make any pre calculation guesses?

Man, I had to post the pics again. That is the perfect stance for that car ... it's not even finished, and it looks good enough to take down the road.

Thanks for the update.
