The side louvers are cool. I think it's kinda tacky to have both the Pony emblem and the GT emblem on the quarters. Looks pretty decent overall though.

Needs more tire, less wheel... Is that a photochop?

Not to bad...I think I like the new style tires better, but looks good non the less. However, ditch the pony badge....

Overall, I like it.

I would leave the Pony on, but ditch the GT emblem.

As for old school wheels, I would prefer something that looks like a Magnum 500 instead of a Cragar.

Here is a side by side comparison (Magnum 500 on the left)

I'd switch the tires to blackwalls instead of the raised white letters. The letters draw attention away from the rest of the car, which is sweet!

It's the stock tires but the guy used tire paint and painted inside the letters to make them look like raised white letters. You can't hardly find raised white letter tires anymore.

Don't look bad at all but I agree about either the pony or GT on the side, one or the other...

Looks great, maybe a bigger size tire would look even better. It sure is a beauty though.

You can still find them easily. I've got them on both my El Camino and now my Belvedere. You just can't find them on the modern rubber bands...

Thanks for the responses!

I'm starting to do some heavy research on how I want to set-up my Mustang when I order it here in the next year or so. I usually like RWL tires, but as mentioned, they're getting tough to find in sizes that fit many the newer vehicles. This guy used tire paint to highlight the sidewall of a standard blackwall tire.

I'm kind of thinking that I'd like to go a little more old school with a rim and tire combination that has more sidewall height, but I'm afraid doing so would sacrafice too much of the handling that's available on the new 'Stang.

This looked like a reasonable compromise somewhere in between.
