I went to checkout the new building yesterday....the one the company will be moving into here in a week. Let me tell you, it does not bode well for my future here on F150online. Four rows of 10 cubes with cube walls approx 4 feet tall. Not a lot of options when it comes to hiding your monitor.

 

Our cubes are about that size (height, whatever).

Buy a privacy screen and tell them its for glare.
