Alright guys and gals, Im working on a laptop that I replaced the HD in, and its up and going, but Im having some problems with the internet.
When I get on the internet, I get pop-ups like these:


That is an example of a few of them, and there are a couple more that pop up too, but they all look the same and pretty much say the same thing.
ALSO, the Internet Explorer Help Index thingy will just pop up randomly.
I just X out of them, but they still pop back up after a short time.
Does anyone know what the he!! is going on, and how I can fix this crap??

Ive installed AVG Anti-Virus, Spybot S&D, and Ad-Aware, scanned the computer with all three, and also deleted all the Cookies and Temporart Internet Files. I figured that would stop it, but I just keep getting the same thing.

Anyone know whtas going on and how to fix it?
Its my sister's and she is headed off to college tomarrow, and Im hoping I can have it fixed before then, or sometime tomarrow before I leave her dorm(Im going to help move her).
