Are you sure it's coming from your office? I could send out an email and specify your email as the "reply to" address, every bad address I use will generate a reply to your inbox. You are not going to see the IP address of the original sender in the header, only of the mail server sending the bad address response, so that isn't going to help much. Spammers are also good at finding unprotected POP3 servers to realy from, making it impossible to trace the source. I would random to guess that some spammer grabbed an email address from your company and set it to be the "reply to" address. Other than that, you are probably looking at disabling every PC, one at a time, or running full scans, looking for running process' , that sort of PITA thing. if it is an outside spammer, there isn't much you can do about it.
