Trace Akins - Dangerous Man

I just went out and got his new CD, and I've gotta say, it is awesome!! I love the guitar in Swing, and the lyrics to Fightin' Words are oh so true. I had to get the cd from Wallyworld but that's all that they have in this town.

I'd rather put hot needles in my ears than listen to that shmuck. I hear that have nothing but steers and queers in St. Chuckles, and by golly I don't see any cattle...

I was a big Trace Adkins Fan...until recently.

Crap:
SWING
Honkey Tonk Badonka crap
Rebelicious

It reminds me of Toby Keith. He had so much tallent then he sold out and threw it all away.

Crap like that makes me embarassed to be a country fan.
You should be ashamed

Dzerv - I'm not in St. Chuck anymore...
Blue - I meant Adkins, I was in a hurry...
UC - No shame here, I went to his concert and it was great. He's got some great new songs. Give it a shot. I like "Swing" because the guitar reminds me of the older rock, newer rock just doesn't do it for me.
Hersh - Gotta love all that ***.

Fightin' Words

...Yada yada yada...I'm a peaceful guy (not the real words)..
But one slip of the tongue 'bout my God or my mama or this flag that I wear on my shirt, you'll see a side of me man, that I don't think you wanna, cause them there's fightin' words.

Sums me up right there.

I was wondering who this trace adkins character was till I did a search and found out he is a country singer. That explains why I've never heard of him.

But but but but...you're from Texas. You're required by law to like country.

I like the country, like being in the country, just don't like to listen to country. I'd rather listen to paint dry.
