Falling Gas Prices? Has Demand Really Dropped?

This has probably been talked about already but, I've got my flame suit on...

WTH is up with fuel? They just shut down the LARGEST American production oil field and fuel has fallen nearly 20 cents here in the past 7 days.

Anyone else seeing falling prices? Now that the kiddies are going back to school, has demand really fallen off that dramatically? I need to read the WSJ more often I guess... LOL!

Still pretty high here in central MS compared to 2-3 weeks ago. Today 87 was $2.94/gallon. Send some of the cheap gas to MS...

Actually the reason prices are falling is because the cost of oil is falling due to the “anticipated” drop off of commercial airline flights due to the recent scare…

they dropped maybe 4 cents here down to $2.95 for 87oct.

I figure they will drop a few cents and go up 4 to five times as much as they dropped.

You need to make a pilgramage over to Viburnum! LOL! That was EASILY the cheapest gas in eastern Missouri (40 corridor eastward). It makes no sense to me but, it was always about 7 to 13 cents cheaper there than EVERYWHERE else I saw on my trip back and forth between KY. Did I mention that job is COMPLETE?!?! *dances*

Don't worry its all part of the ever rising gas cost plan. Raise it 15 cents for a while, then drop it 10 cents then raise it 15 cents again. By raising it slowly and then dropping it back down then raising it again it will be 4 dollars before we know it.

Kinda like you can't boil a live frog if you drop it in boiling water it will hop out, but if you put it in ice water then slowly bring it to a boil then you can.

Thats because they are the last stop on the delivery route, so it's 1/3 water.
