Thumbs up Work trip

So how often do you get to head out to the lake on a "work" thursday and go on your bosses $60k boat to do some wake boarding, skiing, tubing and most definately drink some beers?

Should be a great "work" day and then onto Pismo this weekend!

Anyone get to do fun excursions like this for "work"?

Hmm...well I've been scheduled to work before and not known about it, and been out on the river boating, tubing, having fun, etc.

Well, hows this. I flew from Jersey to Tampa....got a car over to the marina and hopped on my bosses 56' Viking, cruised down to Key Largo for a week, then took the boat up to Riviera Beach for 2 days and then flew home.

AND..got paid for the entire time I was away.

Well I sure as hell can't top that......

but I often (once every two or three weeks) take the company boat and/or customers brand new boats, straight off the assembly line boats, out on the lake to run them as hard as I can and try to tear them up.....

I went to Atlanta and wandered around by myself in strange parts of town every night after dark.

Definately was a blast, bosses boat hauls ****!
Very fun time wake boarding, drinking beers!
Lake was practically empty.
Awesome time! Should have brought a camera.
