not to take another thread off topic, I'll post here.
when i capture the screen and paste it in MS paint. i then can edit it and change the size, but it saves it as a small pic in the corner,
Example:
how do i make it take up the whole area?

you could drop the image in "word", resize and then save. Then you could cut the image out of word and put it where ever you want.
But if you hang on long enough, there will be a slew of people coming by to tell you other ways to do it.
