Your football and your ring layers are behind the fill color layer(s). Move them up so they are on top so that it doesn't change thier color too.

i would, but the way that i saved it, when i open it up its just one picture. it doesnt have all the layers anymore.

I've done that before too. Still do occasionally. It's a good habit to always save your work as a .psd then flatten and save as jpeg or png.

To move layers go to the layers window on the right, click on the layer you want to bring forward and drag it up.

OR

click on the layer you want to move, then go to layer/Arrange

ya, i figured out how to do that... but i just saved it wrong.
