Maintenance Plan

He just got a question about the maintenance plans you can purchase at the dealer. When I purchased my truck back in Nov. I got the plan with it but still had to pay for it. I haven't used any of it yet, would I still be able to get my money back. When I purchased it they guy told me if I didn't use any I could get my money back. Is that true?

My dealership refused to do it.

My Lawyer sent them a letter, Ford sent me a $1500 check.

I'm confused...is it an extended warranty or a maint plan.

If you bought the maint plan why wouldn't you use it?

I was thinking of keeping it and I'm alittle short on money. I haven't used the plan yet. I have it on my wife's explorer and all they do is rotate the tires and change the oil, and check the other fluids. I can do all of that in my driveway. Why would I pay them $600 for the 3 year plan that I have when I can do it myself.

Im not sure you can get your money back just because you changed your mind.

I got mine back when I traded my Mustang in before the full time of the extended service/ warranty plan had passed.

They were suppose to transfer it to my new truck, but they didnt.

Thats how I got my money back.
