I've had Rockstar and also a Sobe version. The Sobe tasted alot better but neither one of them did anything for me. I drank them at work at the end of a 9/10 day stretch where I had to be at work at 05:30 and couldn't sleep that entire week and a half and didn't notice anything. I still wanted to pass out on my keyboard.

 

MONSTER is my drug of choice. First 2 or 3 I had I threw it away before I finished it because I thought it tasted so badly. But eventually I grew to like it...I was going on 4 hours of sleep at work every day for months on end and 3 Monsters a day was the only way.

My GF just got me a Monster shirt for my Bday...lol.

 

I drink CR Mt Dew, like it's going out of style, the stores here dont keep enough on thier shelf, so have to fight just to get a 2ltr bottle. I have it down to a science, I now know when each store gets thier delivery, so I am there waiting for it to go on the shelf and buy every bottle they put up. Ussually about 6... WTF? Well that might hold me till next week....

I tried red bull a few weeks ago, one sip anyway. It tasted like a liquid Pixi Stick. I couldn't choke it down. The next hour I spent looking for anything to get that taste out of my mouth. Even ate a package of old crackers that I found in the truck. Nasty dosen't even describe the taste of that stuff.

 

Round these parts they call them Bull Blasters.
