We just improvised, overcame and adapted Blue's ability to get his parents some new grass. That's all.

Heck yeah !You are very correct Hersh, St. Augustine is a beautiful grass when maintained. I had a St. Augustine lawn when I first bought the house, but due to watering restrictions, my lawn has gone to siht.
