05 V6 Mustang 1/4 Times?

My girlfriends got a 2006 V6 5 spd and its pretty quick for a V6 Mustang. The 5 spd helps out a lot though. . We're trying to figure out what exhaust shes going to do. I think shes going to just buy the factory GT rear bumper or the Roush and do true duals with a Borla or Magnaflow muffler and than Xcal2 and True Flow.
Lees, what about girls who wish they could afford the GT but only can make the payment on a V6?

Only a lilly-livered varmit would buy a V-6 MUSTANG, but- that said, the 4.0L V-6 Mustangs of the new Generation, have power rivaling that of the 5.0L Mustangs of the 90's (215 HP / 290 lb./ft.), (originally mis-stated as 225 & 300 lb/ft), they just do it with a V-6 (210 HP, 240 lb./ft.) rather than a V-8, and the torque is not the same... In fact, you can't compare the 03 to the new ones, as that is a huge HP disparity (140 HP vs 210 HP).
I said all that to say this, no stock F-150 built after 2004 has a prayer against any Mustang (V6 or V8) built 2004 - Present.
Pick out the platter you want your *** handed to you on, because you are about to be embarrassed, especially if your F-150 is stock...
The only saving grace is it's an automatic, and Ford's auto's don't shift as quickly and crisply as the GM auto's do (Which is why their automatics are sometimes quicker than their manuals), otherwise and F-150 would really get killed.
It's still gonna get killed, but probably only by about 10 truck lengths rather than 15...

To answer the topic question, run that sumbish and see. that's about the best way to find out.

I'm sure a V-6 Mustang can be built that would assassinate a stock GT, but- until Ford builds it, the V-8 is the way to go... But yes, I would drive that V-6 Mustang, looking like that, even if the V-6 was stock; just give me a 5-speed manual, not only that- I don't even like stripes and all that crap, but- this oen looks GOOD!

V-6's can be assassins... That 1994-1998 Toyota Supra Twin-Turbo was a BEAST, and could probably still out-run today's Mustang GT. The 300ZX Twin Turbo from 1990 would be hard to beat too, hell- even the 3.0L in the Maxima in the late 90's was a tick off the V-8 of the Mustang GT...
Why can't (won't) America build a fire-breathing V-6?
Since the 1995 Thunderbird SC that is...

bighersh: thats different. the supra and 300ZX were designed with incredibly strong engine blocks that flourished under forced induction
and you know how laughable ford's v6 internals are under forced induction
ive taken stock stick and auto v6's . . they arent a big deal. the v6's are moddable yes, my buddy's previous body style was putting down the same wheel numbers as a stock GT with his ridiculous amount of boltons. stock they are a joke.

Not the 2003's and before, I mean the new ones?
If so, that's prety doggone impressive- because I've seen a V-6 mustang take off- it seemed pretty quick; then again, my F-150 is a real sled... The only *** my F-150's gonna whip from the line, is a Snapper riding mower... Our old 4.6L F-150 seemed much quicker than this new one.

then again, i have a very light cab and my 4.6 is pretty modded and i have traction bars (then again my 35s even wtih 4.10s do slow me down)
power wise i wouldnt put it anywhere near a fair fight but i have a bit of weight and large tires
