Sad Day for F150
2 cars launch, one finishes first..... the other loses. End of story.
Then the loser (or second place winner) says, "You've cut your air box, it's been modified, thats not fair, so that didn't count."
Muhahahahaha
The car is only part of the equation.... I know guys that if you put me in a top fuel dragster and them in a stock Kia, they would likley beat me or come close. I wouldn't know how to drive 10,000 hp! I'd imagine I'd be like
from green light till a day or two later.
I'd probably pull the chutes at 1000 foot out of fear.

I agree. The general equation is power to weight ratio, traction and getting the most out of your vehicle, (driver skill). Only in bracket racing is there a handi-cap given, then a stock vehicle may beat a modded vehicle.
The other distinction is what class you will quallify for.
Others go just for the fun and try to get the best out of their vehicle.
