Use em while they're wet. I just stick them in the bucket, and go. Works great. Any kind will do, I used Bounce or the CostCo (Kirkland) brand. Wet sheet, wet car. Use it like a wash mit.

Exactly.

I have a horrible time with bugs and I tried that little trick one time, and they work better then any bug and tar remover you can buy.....plus they are cheaper.

I haven't had any problems with that. I imagine it could, but I haven't seen any. Plus, after I am done washing the truck, the last thing I usually do is make sure I have a really good coat of fresh wax on the front. I have a painted bumper, and them thar sumbishes need extra care.

Just make sure you use the sheets right before you wash the truck so that the slimy residue they leave behind is washed off with the soap. I use them on the paint, chrome, headlights and my bug shield. Takes off the bugs and I've never had a problem with them leaving any scuff marks.
